Chapter 371 371: The Glade Wars 2 III

A massive spell circle appeared in the sky which quickly spun as the massive stream of blood rising into the air split into thousands upon thousands of tiny spikes that filled the air. The moment Delarosa noticed the spikes, she turned and swiftly carried Tehila to cross the gate, leaving her safely within the confines and safety of the the territory.

"Activate and Charge Hell Cannons!" Tehila ordered as the spikes fell from the sky. They fell upon the walls with the fury of a powerful rain storm. Chips of concrete fell as massive gouges were ripped into the wall, it was obvious she was trying to bring the walls down. And she apparently had the power to be able to do something of such magnitude.

But this wall was not a normal wall, it was magic, and every single inch of it was connected. To the shock of everyone present seeing as no one has been able to see the walls of Raen Valley function at full force/power. The damage was being spread while the walls used it\'s energy reserve to heal near instantaneously from any damage that had been delivered to it. But still if the Pontifex could keep up such a salvo, it was obvious that the wall would fall down eventually.

"Fire!" Tehila screamed as the first salvo had stopped. The territory\'s guns had to stop firing due to the intensity of the first salvo of blood spikes. A skill that seemed to have a corrosive property to it. Never the less it was time for a counter attack and Tehila was fully ready to give it as the  20 special Hell cannons, four of which were in range to face the direction of the northern glade\'s army, opened fire.

*PEWM! PEWM! PEWM! PEWM!*

*BOOM!*

The Pontifex covered herself with a blood shroud, but even that was barely enough in stopping the hell cannons from causing severe damage and havoc. Fiery red and black flames seemed to swallow the entirety of the battlefield, scorching the earth a desolate black as Darklings fell by the masses from the special attack.

The earth was gouged and scarred and Tehila did not waste any more times as the Hell Cannons angled their barrels upwards, and fired once again. This time they were not aiming for the targets in front of them, but farther. Tehila was crazy, she might not know much about strategy when it came to warfare but she was a business woman. For one she knew where to hit to get a customer to cave in. Or in the case of corporate espionage, and  violent acquisitions and mergers, something that she was quite good at and a talent the matriarch had really appreciated; Tehila knew exactly where to hit you in order to make things go to her advantage.

She was not aiming for the army anymore, her sights were set on something far better. If this bitch of a blood witch or whatever the fuck she said she was wanted a fight, then Tehila would show her exactly what it mean to go up against them. Their territory was as much a Raen as it\'s citizens, and that meant that it could kick the ass of bullies stronger than it and win. So show her the error of her ways, Tehila directly attacked the northern glade.

The hell cannon were special, they were actually long ranged missile launchers. Of course everything was based on energy, or which the hell cannons relied on chaos to create it\'s fiery explosive and extremely devastating ammunition. They had tested it once before and frankly speaking Tehila has really been looking forward to a chance to use them like this.

"You coward! There a children and elderly , innocents, none combatants. Where is your honor! Because you cant face me on the feet of battle you attack my city?  I will make you pay!" the Pontifex screamed as she rushed forwards, heading for the gate only for Delarosa and Farida to cut her off.

"Are suffering from young master protagonist syndrome? You destroy everything in sight and justify it for yourself. You\'re even the one that came looking for trouble and it did not bother you that you would be killing innocents in the process. What kind of hypocrite are you? Get the fuck out of my WAY!" Farida screamed as her as she slashed her rapier, releasing a beam of light that smashed into the Pontifex, pushing her backwards as she dug her heels into the ground, only for Delarosa to pop out of her shadow and stab her poison demon blade into her chest.

A barrier spell circle rose up to defend her against the strike,  but the force behind the attack was still so strong that she was blasted back, until she was at the edge of the  basin that led down to the grand valley and the prize they were all fighting for. She took off her robes, showing a toned body and two curved swords behind her waist that she slowly pulled out.

"Since you have pushed me this far…..let\'s get serious, my convictions or yours, lets see which one will prevail today."
